3 Video Series - Core Muscle Stretches

Your core is a complex series of muscles, extending far beyond your abs, including everything besides your arms and legs. It is incorporated in almost every movement of the human body. Research has shown that athletes with higher core stability have a lower risk of injury. To help you strengthen your core muscles, here are easy, innovative ways of strengthening our core muscles. Watch the video and feel free to follow the stretching method demonstrated here by Dr. James McCririe. Each stretch can be performed in any sequence. Do one to start gradually or do all if you feel physically capable.
